SUPER BDL RANGE
The Super BDL range is our heavy duty tractor mounted sprayer, with tank sizes of 1300 & 1600 litres. The BDL hydraulic ‘gullwing’ folding boom is available 18m to 28m.
With its heavy duty frame and ‘A’ Frame attachment to the tractor, there is no other tractor mounted machine as sophisticated and Strong. Triple jets are mounted on stainless steel spray lines, the boom frame totally encloses the nozzle body giving total nozzle protection. The 18m boom folds out 10m and then to 18m. The 20/21/24m booms fold to 12m and then to full width, the 28m boom folds to 13m. Pigtail springs “kick” the boom ends up if the operator makes a mistake and hits the crop. Hydraulic boom tilt for working on side sloping ground is available.
Boom ‘airo’ suspension, a unique system that carries the whole weight of the boom on air cushions to give an unequalled boom ride. All BDL booms can be offered with independent folding and full boom geometry, on request. All Super BDL sprayers are fitted with chemical mixer tank (which lowers down to a suitable working height when filling), container washers, in field tank cleaning system, self filler hose, ‘A’ frame linkage and full electric controls as standard. Computer rate controller, Foam marker or GPS navigation, Line purge, Boom air suspension, Boom geometry and independent fold are optional.
All Bargam booms have very strong hinge pins, ram attachments and moving parts. All moving parts have a grease point with a bright bar pin through a bushed hole. A feature that not all manufacturers have.

SUPER BDU PLUS
The Super BDU range is our heavy duty tractor mounted sprayer, with tank sizes of 1300 & 1600 litres. The BDU hydraulic ‘rear’ folding boom is available 20m to 30m.
With its heavy duty frame and ‘A’ Frame attachment to the tractor, there is no other tractor mounted machine as sophisticated and Strong. A hydraulic accumulator can be added to carry the whole weight of the boom to give an unequalled boom ride. All BDU booms have independent folding and full boom geometry as STANDARD. All Super BDL sprayers are fitted with chemical mixer tank (which lowers down to a suitable working height when filling), container washers, in field tank cleaning system, self filler hose, ‘A’ frame linkage and full electric controls also as standard. Computer rate controller, Foam marker or GPS navigation, Line purge are options.

Special BDL Range
The Special BDL sprayer is a very popular sprayer, with tank sizes of 1100 & 1300 litres. The BDL hydraulic folding boom is available 18m to 24m with triple jets mounted on stainless steel boom lines, the boom frame totally encloses the nozzle body giving total nozzle protection.
The 15 – 18m boom has 2 stage folding out 10m and then to 15 – 18m. The 20/21/24m booms fold to 12m and then to full width and pigtail springs “kick” the boom ends up if the operator makes a mistake.
Boom airo suspension is optional, it is a unique system, that carries the whole weight of the boom on air cushions to give an unequalled boom ride.

Mec BDX
This model is a really well built economically priced tractor mounted hydraulic sprayer. It is available with a 12 or 15m rear folding boom, which is neat, compact and strong.
The sprayer chassis has a strong frame made from steel and has a very high quality paint job. The pump is a proven 3 cylinder 135 lpm unit from AR. (larger pump available). The tank is sunlight resistant and is designed so all the contents are used to the last drop, even when working on steep banks. This machine has everything needed to carry out a quality and accurate job. The standard specification is high so this is a real value for money machine.
